炒菇菇

另类的炒菇菇。用自酿酒。。。福洲红酒来烹煮。福洲红酒除了用来煮红酒面线外,还可用来煮其它菜肴呢!
我是不是福洲人?是,没错,我就是福洲人,也会说福洲话!有些福洲人可不会说福洲话的哟。。。就像PW啦。。。哈哈哈,别生气。好久没吃您煮的南瓜饭咯,好想念叻!
迟些才和大家分享福洲红酒面线。。。

材料

鲍鱼菇 1小包
金针菇 1包
姜 4片


调味料

福洲红酒 3大匙
鱼露 1大匙
糖 少许(可加或不加)

1)烧热油把姜爆香,下鲍鱼菇和金针菇一起炒。
2)菇菇变软了之后,倒入调味料除了糖,再炒1~2分钟。
3)加少许水闷煮一会儿既可。

  4. Sonia, really very difficult to get it. Maybe you can get it at Sitiawan, do a trip to sitiawan jalan-jalan cari makan.
