野菜花与Nyonya Sambal
把切小朵的野菜花用热水烫1分种就挠起,这样才可保持其脆度。

清炒甜豆
只要清炒,下少许盐就行了。不可炒太久,要不然甜豆都被你炒的太熟,不脆口了,营养也流失了。

#朋友,多吃点蔬菜把!吃得简单,就是健康。
