金针菇鸡

来来来,开饭啦!我家开饭咯。
材料

鸡肉 10块 (小块)
金针菇 1 包

调味料

味淋(Mirin) 1大匙
酱油 2大匙
绍兴酒 1大匙
姜 3片
盐 ½小匙
糖 ½小匙
水 半杯

1)金针菇去头洗净备用。
2)鸡肉用味淋, 酱油和绍兴酒一起腌30分钟。
3)烧热少许油,爆香姜,倒入鸡肉和酱汁翻炒。
4)加水焖煮10~15分钟,下盐和糖调味(不够水的话,可加水)。
5)最后才加入金针菇翻炒即可上碟。

  1. Noticed your dishes all very "Chin Tan", actually eat this way is good for health. For me, no chili like no life, hahaha, will add you in my blog list.

  2. Sonia - yes, try to keep its fresh and less oily. Try not to take too much chili, no good for your stomach.
