酸辣鱼片

最近胃口不是很好,煮些酸酸辣辣的食物来开胃开胃下。

材料

鱼片 ½斤
灯笼椒 适量
黄瓜 适量
番茄 适量
红罗卜 适量
洋葱

调味料

番茄酱 2大匙
辣椒酱 2大匙
醋 1大匙
糖 1大匙
盐 1小匙
水 少许

1)鱼片用1大匙酱油阉15分钟后,把俩面鱼片沾上粟粉,下锅煎至金黄盛起备用。
2)烧热少许油,抄香洋葱,下红罗卜抄至半熟后加入少许水和下调味料。
3)最后才加入灯笼椒,黄瓜和番茄反抄一会儿息火,把酱料淋上鱼片既可。

    All my dish very simple, cos no much time for me to cook after work, some more hungry already, hahaha...
