黑胡椒冬菇


前阵子在Jusco买东西时,试吃了免费食品。。。用黑胡椒酱来炒新鲜冬菇,好吃!请教了那位烹煮安娣,她说只是放黑胡椒酱,没其它了。。。哇噻,简单喔。我也试试煮下,OK叻,只不过放太多水了,下次可要减少水量。安娣煮出来的是干身的,我想下次试一下不要放水比较好。

  2. 对了,Housefly阿姐说得没错,不需要加水。我连洗都没洗,觉得肮脏的话,就用kitchen paper抹抹就可以了。

  4. Anncoo is right, I heard this kind of fresh mushroom dont need to wash it,as to maintain the nuitrition.
