宫保鸡丁

材料

鸡瘦肉 2大块 (切小块,用少许酱油和胡椒粉阉15分钟)
红罗卜 适量
灯笼椒 适量
洋葱 1粒
姜 3片
辣椒干 3条

调味料

酱油 2大匙
蚝油 1大匙
黑酱油 1大匙
糖 1小匙
绍兴酒 1大匙
粟粉 ½大匙(加水勾芡用)
水 少许

1)烧热油把姜,洋葱和辣椒干爆香,下鸡肉丁和红罗卜炒至肉变白。
2)加入酱油,蚝油和黑酱油反炒后才加入少许水。
3)最后才加入灯笼椒和糖调味,要息火前,倒入绍兴酒和勾芡即可。

  2. Pete, you like spicy food? if so, u can add a lot of capsicum, i just add little only...cos i just can accept little spicy only.
