枸杞炒芦笋

那天在 Teiji Restaurant 点了炒芦笋。。。哇,真好吃!看上去只有枸杞,蒜米和芦笋而以。回家自己试试炒看,不错嘛,清清淡淡的,还有一点甘甘的,可是好像有差一点点。
但是那天我有吃到一点泡参味,可是朋友说没有。下次炒的时候放三两片试试看。

  3. Next time try doing a quick blanch in hot boiling water , drained and stir fry over high heat with minced garlic and abalone sauce , simple & yummy.
