蛋燕

烘好了的蛋燕放着待凉

把一片蛋燕卷起

用剪刀剪段

剪段了的蛋燕用手将它打开成条状
您有看过这种面类吗?这叫蛋燕!是由薯粉,面粉,蜀粉及蛋加水做出来的面糊,然后在平底锅涂上少许油烧热,倒入少许面糊用小火把它烘熟在反面烘一烘就行了。从复做至面糊完为止。
这蛋燕可不是我做的,而是妈妈帮阿姨做的,因为阿姨每天都要用大量的蛋燕。。。阿姨是开面食档的啦。我喜欢吃卤汁蛋燕,好吃!!!口感QQ的。。。
