猪肉饼

从小就喜欢妈妈做的猪肉饼，没其它菜也无所谓，只要把猪肉饼压碎再加入白饭一起捞，这样就可以了。。。哈哈哈，好吃！

    I love this dish too since I was a child ! I normally buy fresh pork shoulder and chopped/ground it myself at home , much nicer in texture.
