肉碎豆腐

用热水把豆腐烫一烫,把水倒掉备用。
爆香蒜米和小葱,下肉碎炒一会儿,倒入少许水,用酱油和蚝油调味,之后就淋在豆腐上即可。

  4. Just take the tofu straight from fridge and serve it immediately, also very nice..feel cool..
