番茄蛋

番茄可帮我们抗氧化,所以多吃是有益的哟!

材料
番茄 3粒
蛋 2粒

1)把番茄切小块,备用。
2)热油,下蛋炒成块状时就加入番茄反炒。
3)番茄炒烂后,倒入100ML水,之后用盐,糖和少许番茄酱调味即可。
