酱青日本豆腐

有时回家迟了,就会煮些简单而又快的食物,就像这。用少许油爆香蒜米,加入少许水及用酱油和蚝油调味即可淋在预先蒸热的豆腐上。

  1. 我最近也市场煮豆腐,通常这豆腐我煮是会加少许肉碎和青葱,然后把豆腐下锅闷一下,滑滑的豆腐很下饭。。^^
