油菜---香港小菜心

只要把青菜洗净,用热水烫一烫就挠起备用。用少许油爆香蒜米,加入少许水及用酱油和蚝油调味即可淋在青菜上。

  1. usually what i did is just pour the oyster sauce and light soy sance on top of veggie, I did not cook them..lazy way..
