卤汁蛋燕

煮出来的蛋燕看上去好像粿條!

SONIA说她想试试弄这蛋燕看,所以就请教妈妈这蛋燕的食谱。

材料

薯粉 1Kg
蜀粉 100g
面粉 200g
蛋 4粒
盐 1茶匙
油 2大匙
水 1100L(如果烘出来太厚的话,可加少许水)
♥把以上材料混合均匀备用

1)把平底不黏锅用中火烧热(不须太热),转小火。
2)倒入少许面糊,拿起平底不黏锅转一转至一片(好想POPIAH皮一样),用慢火烘至表面干为止就盛起放在桌上待凉(不反面也可以)。
3)把凉了的蛋燕卷起,用剪刀剪1cm宽,然后用手把它打开成条状就可。
4)把卤汁或汤料煮便,待要用食时才放入蛋燕加热就马上食用,不好把煮好了的蛋燕放太久,因为它会把汤汁都吸掉。
5)煮不完的蛋燕可放入冰箱里冷藏。

  3. Pete, it is not popiah skin, but similar. It is one kind of noodle.
