土豆焖鸡

土豆=马铃薯,拿来焖鸡非常好吃!我很喜欢!马铃薯焖煮到软软的及吸收了鸡肉的精华,哇。。。美味极了。

材料

鸡肉 10小块
马铃薯 2粒(切块)
洋葱 ½粒
姜 3片

调味料

酱油 1大匙
蚝油 1大匙
黑酱油 1小匙
糖 1小匙
水 1杯

1)烧热油把姜和洋葱爆香,下鸡肉和马铃薯炒至肉变白。
2)加入酱油,蚝油和黑酱油反炒后才加入水焖煮到马铃薯至软。
3)最后才加入糖调味即可。
