红酒面线

红酒面线来咯!上个星期,妈妈带来的马来鸡,原本她要煮红酒面线,但是后来我们这逛街狂,逛到每天都很迟才回家,所以就没煮到咯。他们(妈妈,妹妹和弟弟)全都满载而归!还是要把婴儿手推车留在我这,才可把全部战利品载回家!哈哈哈,真厉害叻!

材料

马来鸡 半只
福州红酒 250ml
姜(切丝) 2大匙
麻油 2大匙
面线
滚水 1200ml

1)姜丝用麻油来爆香才下鸡肉块反炒至肉色变白,加入一半的红酒反炒。
2)炒至稍微收干就倒入滚水,把其余的红酒也加入,用慢火煮30至45分钟即可。
3)在碗里加入1大匙红酒和4大匙的红酒鸡汤,把烫熟了的面线倒入搅拌,要食用时才加入汤就可食用。

  3. so long i did not eat thsi type of meesui, kids doesn't like this, so I have no chance to cook this. No choice, I just come to your house to see only, hahaha..

  4. Sonia, haha, same with me, normaly i balik kampung, my mother cook for me. I think just women like this dish only, seldom heard men like this.
