照烧三文鱼


皓妈的厨房游一游,发现这道菜蛮容易的呢,对我而言是最好了,简单又省时而且又美味。

材料:
三文鱼

酱料:
照烧酱

照燒醬做法:

材料:
醬油 30ml
味醂 30ml
米酒 30ml
冰 糖 適量

將所有材料混合拌勻煮至開 即可。可以一次煮多一點分量,然後放進冰箱,隨時待用。

1. 放少许油热锅,因为三文鱼再烹煮过程会出油,所以不许放太多油。
2. 把鱼的两面略煎一下,就可以加入照烧酱(我自加了蒜米),煮到鱼有8-9分熟,就可以了。
(若煎太久鱼肉会变的柴柴的不好吃)

  1. Sze Sze, the other day I try to look for sake at Daiso store, but I couldn't find it and I only see they sell soy sauce. I remember you told me you bought sake from Daiso the other day, have i heard wrongly? or do you know any other supermarket i can get sake. Thanks dear.

  2. Dear Sonia, yes, last time i bought from Daiso IOI Mall. Maybe you can get it at JJ, i bought it before too.
