姜葱鸡

最近看书看到入迷了,晚餐都煮得比较简单,要快就是啦!因为要看书嘛。。。哈哈哈......

材料

鸡肉
姜片
青葱
洋葱

调味料

酱油 1½大匙
绍兴酒 1大匙
蚝油 ½大匙
黑酱油 少许
胡椒粉 少许
水 少许
1)鸡肉用少许酱油和胡椒粉阉10分钟。
2)用少许油暴香姜和洋葱,加入鸡肉炒至肉变白之后才加入调味料除了绍兴酒。
3)焖煮10分钟后,加入青葱翻炒及下绍兴酒即可。
