泰式甜辣酱拌苏东

买了两条又大又新鲜的苏东,想来想去不知要怎么弄呢!原本想拿来炸,那知道最近放工总是塞塞塞,回到家都迟了,肚子又饿!只好煮些简易的料理咯。

材料
苏东
青瓜(切丝)
洋葱(切丝)
.
酱料
泰式甜辣酱 5大匙
鱼露 1½大匙
糖 ½大匙

1)苏东洗净切小块,放入锅里加水(盖过苏东), 拿去煮,待水滚开了就息火,沥干水。(这样就可保住苏东肉QQ的,不会变得太硬)
2)把酱料加入苏东较拌,然后再加入青瓜和洋葱拌一拌即可。

  2. My kids love sotong deep fried with flour....all cover up they cannot see the actual sotong! LOL!

    Pete, All kids like fried sotong, they like crispy crispy things.
