青瓜肉碎盅

书终于看完了,所以就有时间弄点特别一点点的菜肴。这是看电视节目学回来的,当时没有抄下食谱,所以就凭着我的记忆弄出这样的一道菜咯。

材料

青瓜
肉碎
鲜虾 (切碎)
红罗卜 (切碎)
黑木耳 (切丝) - 我没放
上汤 半杯

调味料

酱油 1½大匙
绍兴酒 ½大匙
粟粉 ½大匙

1)鲜虾去壳切碎,然后加入肉碎里和红罗卜用调味料阉15分钟。
2)青瓜去皮切3cm厚,去掉中间的籽,备用。
3)把阉料塞入青瓜,然后排放在碟上,淋上上汤,拿去蒸15分钟即可。
