绿豆汤


鲜甜美味而且又容易准备的一碗汤,对我们上班一族来说是最好不过了。有时到了下班时间但又有些事令我们下班迟了,所以回家只好开罐头咯,挨一餐半餐罐头啦,我很少会放工迟的啦...hehehe

材料
罐头绿豆 1罐
蟹柳 2条
香肠 1条
红罗卜 1小段
大葱 1粒
水 1罐

1)热油锅,把大葱爆香,倒入切粒的红罗卜和香肠炒一炒,再道入罐头绿豆和水,待滚。
2)滚了五分钟放入切粒的蟹柳,再滚五分钟,用盐调味便可。

  2. I thought is a sweet green bean soup, look like this is savoury soup, I use to cook this soup but so long did not cook it, Thanks for remind me.

  3. Oh... You're the 2nd person I see using this type of green peas to make soup.
    I remember when I was a kid, a relative used these canned peas to boil with pork ribs. The taste was fabulous!!!
