烧烤酱炒猪肉片


很好的搭配,很美味,很好吃,也很好送饭 ... hehehe,还吃了两碗饭。迟点试试鸡肉口味的。

材料:
猪肉 200g
大葱 1粒

自制烧烤酱:
酱青 3大匙
SAKE 2大匙
MILIN 2大匙
糖 1大匙
黑酱油 少许(调色)
* 把以上酱料混合一起,用1½大匙来腌切片的猪肉片。

1)把大葱爆香后,倒入猪肉片反炒,待肉炒7分熟后,把酱料倒入反炒至汁稍微收干即可。

  1. 我也是喜欢这样炒肉片,还要加点姜丝,就好像你说的,饭可以吃多一点。
