南瓜汤

南瓜也是我的最爱!我时常拿来煮虾米啦,清蒸啦,做糕饼啦...,这次拿来煮汤,也是第一次煮这类汤......哇,也是不错嘛!喝了就爱上它了,hehehe...

材料:
南瓜 300g
蒜米 1汤匙
牛油 ¾汤匙
水 500ml


1)把南瓜去皮切块然后拿去蒸熟,压泥备用。
2)用牛油把蒜米爆香,倒入南瓜泥和水,搅拌均匀。
3)待滚后,用盐调味便可息火。
