Chuka Kurage / Jellyfish

嗨,久违啦各位。大家可好吧!有一个多月没更新部落格了,今天要和大家分享这小吃。这是我们的最爱哦!我妈平时就会弄便放在冰箱里,要吃时就可吃,不需等浸泡几小时之后才可吃。

材料:
1/2 KG 水母/JELLY FISH
1大匙 酱油
1大匙 糖
1大匙 米醋
3大匙 麻油

1)把水母浸泡几小时之后,用热水稍微烫一烫,然后切条状。
2)加入调味料阉十分钟便可。
*如有芝麻,也可加入。
