今天和大家分享印度风味的沙丁鱼......从Sonia那儿偷师......Hehehe,我没放香料,因为我家没储备那些煮咖哩的香料,只加了咖哩粉和咖哩叶......哈哈哈,比起我们平时煮的番茄味的沙丁鱼,有不同的味道哦,而且还很下饭呢!

材料:
沙丁鱼 1罐
咖哩粉(鱼) 2大匙
咖哩叶 1把
大葱 1粒
番茄 2粒
番茄酱 2大匙

1)用少许油把锅烧热,倒入大葱和咖哩叶爆香。
2)把咖哩粉直接倒入(印度人教的)炒香,倒入整罐沙丁鱼,番茄和番茄酱滚5-10分钟,调味便可。
