清蒸多曼鱼

又是轻便又容易的一道菜。因为多曼鱼没有腥味,所以拿来清蒸是最好了。我最怕煎炸了,因为善后的工做可多呢!...我真的很懒惰呵。

只要把鱼洗净,用盐和姜阉5分钟,然后拿去蒸5-7分钟,取出倒掉水,最后就淋上甜和咸的酱青便可享用。
