炸鸡粉

我家很少有煎炸食物,久久一两次有啦。这炸鸡翼是为了要试用我已买了很久很久的炸鸡粉(一直藏在橱里,也不知有多久了)。出来的效果......哇噻,很好吃!也许我也太久没吃炸鸡翼的关系吧!......哈哈哈。

做法:
1)鸡翼或鸡肉用盐,胡椒粉和少许炸鸡粉腌30分钟(是湿的)。
2)将鸡翼或鸡肉沾上炸鸡粉,然后用慢火炸至金黄色即可。
