酒蒸虾

新鲜的虾拿来清蒸最好不过了,这才吃到虾的鲜甜,哇。。。想到又想吃,哈哈哈。。。

虾去肠泥,用少许盐腌个10分钟,然后把它放在碟上,把½大匙的蒜米,姜丝和枸杞撒在虾上,再倒入两大匙白酒,拿去蒸5-7分钟即可。
#我还加了少许的洋参(因为我没有了泡参)。这随意!
