Very simple, no need take very much care for cooking poridge. Everytime i cook poridge i use method "stew poridge". I just wash one small cup of rice and cut all ingredient in small cube, then place all in a big mug, add water, salt and mince meat. Finaly place the mug with cover into a big pot then cover it, stew for 20 minutes. After that, ready to serve.
